The method of brown ore beneficiation includes following steps:
A:Let brown iron ore with particle size less than 10mm and water less than 15% mix with 0-8% coal toghter, and then send to rotary. Brown iron ore is drying, magnetic, arsenic removal, desulfurization in the same rotary. The ratio of the rotary is 0.8-1.5 r/min. The temperature in rotary kiln calcination area is 800?50℃, and the temperature in drying area is 350?0℃.
B:After A step, baking mine is cooled by water. And then classified by classifier. And the return sand is separated by magnetic pulley, and the overflow is taken to weak magnetic separator by concentrate pump. The magnetic part is final product iron ore. Low iron taste of sulfur impurities in high-arsenic brown iron ore is blending, drying, calcination, magnetization and taken arsenic and sulfur impurities in the same kiln. The process is simple. Baking mine is magnetic after quenching water classification to get high-speed rail grade, low-arsenic and sulfur impurities in the magnetite powder. It is widely used in beneficiation of containing weakly magnetic iron minerals ores and residues.
