However, the existing high-grade zircon powder in domestic market basically relies on imports with higher prices. Since fineness and granularity distribution range of domestic produced ircon,can not deliver the goods, it impacts emulsion glaze effect.JINDA researchers compared and analysis the production technical process of three kinds domestic produced zircon powder, and put forward some opinion on producing zircon powder.
The milling time of producing three kinds of zircon powder is all 16 hours.
1.Wet grinding technical is with the best sanitation status.However, actual production in the factory, especially when the work is in a sudden interruption (power off, machine repair), because of too high proportion of zircon it is quite easily precipitate and hard to float, which often affect products quality,and moreover can make the whole products disqualification, seriously impact enterprise’s economic benefit.
2.Dry milling process is characterized with simple technical,no need of evaporating and can reduce water pollution. Granularity range is relative good.
3.Mixed wet and dry grinding process, this process is dry mill zircon and blend grinding aids for a moment, until coarse particles of the material to be up to a certain size and then adding water and grinding aids for wet grinding. With same milling time,this method is the one with best effect, the inadequacy is adding watered grinding aids in the milling process.
